  • On April 12, 2024, USCIS announced employment authorization procedures for Palestinians covered by Deferred Enforcement Departure (DED). Applicants eligible may receive work authorization through August 13, 2025.
  • On April 12, 2024, Secretary Mayorkas announced the extension and re-designation of Ethiopia for TPS for 18 months, from June 13, 2024 to December 12, 2025.
