Nancy Elkind and David Harston Speak at the 2010 American Immigration Lawyers Association Annual Conference in National Harbor, Maryland
Denver, Colorado, July 3rd – Nancy Elkind and David Harston were speakers at the 2010 American Immigration Lawyers Association National Conference held June 30th to July 3rd in National Harbor, Maryland. Ms. Elkind spoke on a panel regarding the increase in inspections by the USCIS Office of Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS). Mr. Harston spoke on panel addressing adjustment of status (U.S. permanent residency) and eligibility under INA §245(i). The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is the national association of over 11,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law.
